Weight Loss Program
Therapeutic lifestyle modification is an individually designed plan for weight loss. All weight loss is not the same. There are programs designed to overcome specific challenges that prevent weight loss even when “dieting”. I’m also very concerned with body composition, that is, how much fat and how much muscle you have. For example, if you want to lose thirty pounds and you’re not checking your body composition, you may lose more muscle than fat. Research shows that proper body composition also normalizes blood pressure, cholesterol levels, blood sugar, and hormones.
